The Role
As a Cyber Security Scrum Master, you'll lead and coach a fast-moving Agile team of cybersecurity professionals, facilitating the alignment of the RMF/ATO process with release and sprint planning using SAFe Agile methodology. You'll accurately evaluate scope and schedule, identify backlogs, lead daily scrums and demos, and proactively remove obstacles. You'll champion your team by conducting data-driven retrospectives, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions. This role involves close collaboration with ISSEs, ISSOs, ISSMs, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks and to continuously improve the team's productivity and overall program. This is a hybrid role with onsite work taking place in Bethesda, MD. 

What you'll bring
- Technical BS and and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Agile Leadership: You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM). You excel at leading agile cyber teams, facilitating meetings, and removing roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Security Expertise: You deeply understand cybersecurity policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, including NIST compliance. You know how to build and improve system security.
- Collaborative & Driven: You're an excellent communicator who enjoys working with others, solving problems, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.

Even Better If You Have:
- A DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification (like Security+ CE or CISSP).
- Experience with cloud technologies, DevOpsSec, scripting/coding (Python, Java, React), or vulnerability scanning.

Clearance Requirements
US Citizenship and an active Active TS security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph are required.

Location
Hybrid schedule with most work conducted on-site in Bethesda, MD. Some tasks may be performed remotely.
