The Role
As a Data Center Network Architect, you'll design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable data center networks crucial for mission-critical operations. You'll work with advanced networking technologies like Clos architectures, VXLAN, and VRF to create high-performance, segmented environments. Your expertise will directly support secure connectivity initiatives, including integrating Comply-to-Connect (C2C) frameworks across enterprise-level systems. This is a 100% onsite position in Laurel, MD.
What You'll Bring
U.S. Citizenship
Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+) is required.
- Technical BS with 10+ years of IT-related experience. Five (5) additional years of IT-related experience may substitute for a degree.
- Hands-on experience with Clos data center network architectures, including spine-leaf topologies.
- Strong experience with VXLAN and VRF technologies.
- Solid understanding of and experience integrating the Comply-to-Connect (C2C) framework.
- Experience designing and integrating Red and Black WAN architectures.
- Ability to develop network architectures, create customer-driven test plans, and lead execution of architecture testing.
- Proven ability to provide highly technical, specialized guidance on complex IT problems and manage work as defined by the customer.
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
