The Role
As an Agile Developer, you will be responsible for the full software lifecycle, including analyzing, designing, verifying, validating, implementing, applying, and maintaining software systems. You'll apply advanced computer science principles to complex systems, generalize techniques for various domains, and provide essential documentation and training. You will also present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders. Work is performed onsite in Annapolis Junction (telework is possible; dependent upon work assigned and lead approval) with salaries for qualified candidates landing in the 200k-250k range. 

What You'll Bring
- Technical BS and 9 years of relevant development experience (5 years of experience can substitute for degree; Experience requirements may be waived for candidates with extensive technology expertise.)
- You'll need strong skills in React, Typescript/JavaScript, Design Systems, and UX Design. 
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and 508 (Accessibility) is highly desired.
- Bonus points for Java, AWS managed services, Gitlab, Maven, and modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object-oriented).

Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with Polygraph required (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
