The work, and what you'll do:
Our client is seeking Junior Systems Engineers to support a high-profile, PRIME Cyber program. Drive meaningful change and impact as you solve problems, lead innovation, and implement cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities include: 
- Translate user needs into technical solutions: Analyze requirements, design systems, and develop documentation.
- Guide & collaborate: Lead team efforts, advise stakeholders, and integrate diverse technical aspects.
- Shape the future: Develop architecture, assess plans, and guide implementation for complex challenges.
- Ensure success: Take ownership of your work and communicate effectively with all levels.

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree (4 years of experience can substitute degree) with 0-2 years relevant technical experience. 
- Manage system requirements for secure, compliant projects, contribute to systems engineering documentation and assist with defining and allocating requirements.
- Coordinate action item resolution across teams.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with DoD architectures (DoDAF, SOA) are a plus.

Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration. 

Location/telework: Work performed in contractor facility in Annapolis Junction. Telework is approved and task-dependent.
