The Role
Join our client's dynamic team in Annapolis Junction, MD, and make a lasting impact on national security! They are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to contribute to the development of the cutting-edge Tactical Edge Platform. This hybrid role offers the unique opportunity to combine your passion for innovation with your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Secure & scale virtual compute/container platforms.
Ensure developer integration & DevOps compliance.
Conduct performance assessments & containerize key applications.
Analyze user needs, design software, & recommend process improvements.
Integrate software, develop data queries, & write/review documentation.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's in Computer Science (or 4 years of additional experience) and 20+ years of Software Engineer experience on similar projects.
Experience with containerization technology (Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker) and Micro-services development in SOA.
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies, DevOps, & CI/CD knowledge.
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
Location
Annapolis Junction, MD. Telework is approved and low/high side access is available.
