The Role
Join our client's team as a Backend Software Engineer and bring your Python expertise to life! You'll be crafting RESTful APIs, microservices, and data models that power user-facing applications. Leverage your skills in Django and Flask to interact with various databases and deliver JSON data seamlessly.
What You'll Bring
Python programming proficiency
Experience with Django or Flask frameworks
Database experience with MongoDB or MariaDB
Understanding of RESTful API development and microservice architecture
Familiarity with Swagger for API documentation (a plus)
Experience with AWS, C2S, or other cloud platforms (a plus)
Docker containerization knowledge
Visual Studio Code (or similar IDE experience)
JSON data formatting expertise
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, YOU MUST have the required clearance for consideration (uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
Location/Telework
Worksite is located in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a hybrid remote position with 1-2 days/week WFH.
